Exploring Nature – Suuri luontoseikkailu -hanke

Hankkeessa nuoret vaihtavat luontoon, ympäristöön ja ilmastonmuutokseen liittyviä kokemuksia, käsittelevät yhteisiä ja eri alueille tyypillisiä erityiskysymyksiä yhteisissä etätyöpajoissa sekä toteuttavat kaksi kansainvälistä leiriä: Toisen Schwarzwaldin ja toisen Kainuun ja Koillismaan alueilla. Hankkeen taustalla on Koillismaan Leader ry:n, Elävä Kainuu Leader ry:n sekä Oulujärvi Leader ry:n yhteistyössä toteuttama Luontoyhteistyötä Schwarzwaldiin -esiselvityshanke. Hanke toteutetaan kansainvälisenä hankkeena saksalaisen Young Explorers -luontoverkoston, Elävä Kainuu Leaderin, Oulujärvi Leaderin ja Koillismaan Leaderin ja saksalaisten LEADER- ryhmien Aktionsgruppe Nordschwarzwald, Leader Mittelbaden ja Leader Ortenau kesken. Toteutusaika on 1.7.2024 – 31.12.2026. In this project, young people will share experiences related to nature, the environment, and climate change. They will address issues common to both countries as well as specific challenges typical to different regions. The project includes online workshops and two international camps: one in the Black Forest and another in the Kainuu and Koillismaa areas. The project is based on the preliminary study "Nature Cooperation with the Black Forest," conducted in collaboration with the Koillismaan Leader Association, the Elävä Kainuu Leader Association, and the Oulujärvi Leader Association. The project will be implemented as an international initiative involving the German Young Explorers nature network, the Elävä Kainuu Leader Association, the Oulujärvi Leader Association, and the Koillismaan Leader Association, along with German Leader groups Aktionsgruppe Nordschwarzwald, Leader Mittelbaden, and Leader Ortenau. The project will run from July 1, 2024, to December 31, 2026.
